• We will send you your USPS Tracking Number so you will know when your shipment is arriving. It is your responsibility to receive your shipment when it arrives. 

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shoes/boots returned using shoe box is not acceptable, please return using the box it came in and not only the shoe box itself.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges will be taken out of the total returned amount.
